We are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to drive attendee acquisition for our esteemed in-person and virtual events. If you are a natural salesperson passionate about B2B engagement, we would love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads generated by inbound marketing (70%) and proactively reach out to new prospects (30%).
- Engage with senior executives via phone and email to secure paid registrations for our events.
- Confidently negotiate with high-level decision-makers and present the value of our events.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales potential.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and follow-ups in the HubSpot CRM (preferred).
- Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to align sales strategies and meet registration goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably selling high-level solutions or services over the phone.
- Proven ability to confidently engage with senior executives and close sales over the phone.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to maximize sales value.
- High-level spoken and written business English is essential.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to exceed targets.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is an advantage.
