Flat Rock Technology is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of  Affiliate Network Manager & Media Buying Specialist.

Main responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Network Management
  • Nurture, and expand relationships with affiliate partners to drive performance and revenue growth;
  • Create and implement strategies to optimize affiliate campaigns, including commission structures, promotions, and new partner acquisition;
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders;
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. 

Media Buying
  • Plan, execute, and manage media buying campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, programmatic networks) to achieve business objectives;
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness. Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes;
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable terms to ensure the best value for the company.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing (managerial position) and/or media buying in a managerial position;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset;
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring punctual and accurate execution of tasks;
  • Curiosity and a continuous testing mindset are essential to succeed in this role;
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of responsibility and accountability;
  • Proficient in using media buying platforms, affiliate tracking software, and analytical tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively managing internal and external relationships.
