Sure Lock and Key (SLK), a well-established American company, is looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our office in Tbilisi, Georgia! We provide full training and the tools you need to succeed.
In cooperation with The Right Choice Heating and Air We have been serving customers in Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas for heating, air conditioning, and insulation services.
Requirements:
- English level B2+ (A very good spoken English);
- Strong communication & organization skills;
- Quick learner, stress-resistant, multi-tasker;
- Basic computer skills;
- Experience in customer service industry or sales will be considered as a huge benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Call company's existing customers and offer the service;
- Assist with heating, air conditioning, insulation services and other services;
- Follow up on appointments;
- Handle all incoming calls;

Salary 1100 - 1600GEL plus bonus
Customer Support Representatives work in the evening shifts from 6PM to 11PM Tbilisi time.
