We are looking for an English-Speaking Back Office Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our team consists of dedicated and passionate entrepreneurial millennials who truly believe in the success of our project and the ideas behind it.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to all office tasks, colleagues, and the team leader.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures when addressing customer concerns and requests.
  • Consistently meet the company's KPIs and SLAs.
  • Maintain a high level of English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Utilize and manage CRM platforms and other computer operating systems efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in banking or financial industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent English skills – reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • A diligent, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Integrity and a positive attitude toward work.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

Working Conditions
Days: Monday -Friday
Shifts: 09:00-18:00
