This is a full-time on-site role as an administrative assistant at ORBI GROUP in Batumi.  
 
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Operations Manager by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication across departments. 
This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining a well-organized work environment. 
 
Role Description 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives. 
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports for the Operations Manager. 
  • Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure accountability. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to operations. 
Qualifications 
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same position,  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level), and knowledge of Georgian. 
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
