Job Description:
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan;
- Finding and negotiating with potential clients establishing long-term business relationships with both existing and potential customers;
- Communication with clients by phone and in writing - product offering;
- Expansion of the company's sales network;
- Formation and management of database of properties for sale;
- Forming and managing own customer base;
- Providing interested customers with complete information about the property for sale and showing it on site;
- Market research for sales channels, identifying new opportunities and making recommendations;
- Attracting and engaging potential customers, offering real estate/services;
- Conducting and completing the process of negotiations and signing agreements;
- Offering real estate upgrades to existing customers and maintaining loyalty to the company;
- Building long term relationships with existing and new customers to improve the company's financial performance;
- Planning and organizing customer meetings if necessary.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least two years of working experience on a position of sales manager in real estate development;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Program;
- Knowledge of ArchiCAD program is desirable
- Fluent in English and Russian languages;
