As an Aftersales Manager at Petra Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong post-sales relationships. Your primary focus will be to oversee aftersales operations, handle customer inquiries, manage service support, and optimize post-sales services to enhance customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND HARD SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aftersales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury services.
- Strong knowledge of aftersales processes, complaint resolution, and service strategies.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Georgian, English and Russian (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Strong leadership abilities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Managing customer relationships and addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Developing and implementing aftersales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal departments to resolve service issues promptly.
- Conducting follow-ups with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Analyzing aftersales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on aftersales performance.
