Job Summary:
Next Gen Technology Georgia LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team in Tbilisi. As part of a global tech company, you will collaborate with international teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications that serve clients and users worldwide. You will work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, taking projects from concept to deployment, and contribute to high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient applications and services.
• Design, build, and enhance front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and a responsive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to build and launch new features.
• Write high-quality, well-documented code and conduct regular code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across devices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance in all development activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying them where suitable.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, working with both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Languages/Frameworks: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express, or Django).
• Database: Proficiency in working with databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• APIs: Experience in building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and Git workflows.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with remote teams.
• Amenable to work onsite (Office is located at Vake Plaza)

Nice to Have;

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
