Why We Need You As a VIP Relationship Officer, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the VIP journey for high-value players in the Thailand market. Your ability to build relationships, tailor engagement strategies, and deliver exceptional service will directly impact player loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with the Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Leader on VIP strategy and enhancement plans.
- Be actively involved in the VIP customer journey and engagement lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of VIP players.
- Understand each VIP’s needs and preferences to provide personalized support and service.
- Expand and deepen relationships by proactively offering relevant campaigns and solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of VIP-preferred products, services, and promotions.
- Serve as a point of contact and communication bridge between VIP members and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or concerns to maintain loyalty and trust.
- Create and manage personalized campaigns or programs for assigned VIPs.
- Track and analyze VIP performance metrics, delivering weekly and monthly campaign reports.
- Monitor player activity to ensure continued engagement and gameplay.
- Provide feedback to enhance VIP programs and identify areas of improvement.
- Support the crediting of bonuses to players after appropriate approval has been received.
- Monitor and track VIP member lists to maintain up-to-date player engagement records.
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as product, support, and finance when needed.
- Help mentor new team members and assist in knowledge-sharing.
- Support the team leader in compiling VIP performance reports and analytics.
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or VIP relationship management, preferably in a related industry.
- Previous experience handling VIP accounts is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid interpersonal skills with an aptitude for relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of online gaming products and ability to keep up with product offerings.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.
- Proactive, fast learner with a service mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional player experience.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems or tools as needed.
