Why We Need You

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the voice of Pulse Point — ensuring a positive customer experience while managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and supporting the smooth flow of operational processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Proactively follow up on service requests to ensure proper resolution
  • Escalate customer complaints, feedback, and suggestions to relevant teams
  • Introduce and promote new products and services to customers
  • Prepare simple daily reports and maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform follow-up communication and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned

What You Bring to the Team
  • High School diploma or higher education in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules and 100% onsite
  • Strong customer focus with problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • A good listener — adaptive, proactive, and stress-tolerant
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
