Position Overview:
We are seeking an Arabic-Speaking Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Petra Group. As a key member of the sales department, you will play an essential role in driving the resort’s growth, facilitating inquiries, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a luxurious and cutting-edge environment while contributing to the success of one of Georgia’s most prestigious hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued loyalty and satisfaction.

Client Consultation & Sales Presentation:
  • Provide detailed and tailored presentations of the resort’s offerings.
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, finalize contracts.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the luxury resort and real estate sector.
  • Provide valuable insights and suggestions for enhancing sales strategies based on market dynamics and client feedback.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, offer personalized customer service, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Address client concerns and feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact through to post-sale.

Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on sales performance, including progress towards targets and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Arabic & B2 level in English (both written and spoken) – essential for effective communication with clients.
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or luxury industries.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions persuasively.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating lasting client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of resolving customer concerns and overcoming obstacles in the sales process.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse departments to achieve company goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM Software: Strong administrative skills to manage leads and sales data effectively.
