This job can be done fully remote, Good English is a must (B1 minimum)
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Team Management
- Create weekly & daily schedules for chat reps to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Track team performance metrics and adjust shifts as needed.
Quality Control & Chat Monitoring
- Review chat transcripts to ensure chat reps follow sales scripts and engage leads properly.
- Identify low-performing team members and implement improvement strategies.
Mass Messaging & Sales Campaigns
- Plan, schedule, and optimize mass messages to potential & existing customers to generate more inbound leads.
- Structure follow-up sequences to increase conversion rates and maximize customer lifetime value.
Training & Coaching
Compensation:

- Train new chatters (sales reps) on sales psychology, persuasion, and high-converting scripts with our training and strategy.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews to improve response quality and closing rates.
