Organizational Size:Office of 30 employees, with in-house maintenance, security, and cleaning staff of 150
Working Conditions:
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, indoor office environment
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from 4,500 to 7,500 GEL, net, depending on the candidate's qualifications and competencies
Job Purpose:
Oversee the setup and implementation of HR lifecycle functions for a large-scale shopping mall in Batumi.
