Required Competencies

- Architectural Excellence: 10+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering exceptional projects.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Project Management: Strong track record of managing complex projects with on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of design software, construction methods and industry standards, including expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office and similar tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas, negotiate, and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: A visionary approach to problem-solving, innovation, and project delivery.
