Schedule: Flexible shifts – 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00, 12:00 – 21:00, 13:00 – 22:00
Salary: 1450 Gel (net) + Revenue Commissions up to 5%

Your Role:
- Engage with Clients: Provide tailored consultations, product recommendations, and personalized service to premium clients.
- Drive Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and exceed sales targets for individual and corporate clients.
- Manage CRM: Oversee VIP client data, ensuring accurate updates and strategic communication.
- Support the Team: Mentor and train Brand Specialists to improve knowledge and skills.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain luxury-level store presentation and customer experiences.
- Technical Coordination: Assist clients with product setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve Issues: Handle VIP client inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, especially in the premium or luxury segment.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to use data strategically.
- Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
- Passion for luxury products and the ability to share that enthusiasm with clients.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
