We are looking for Junior SMM Manager


Your profile:

  • Upper-intermediate English or higher. Portuguese will be an advantage;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive profitability;
  • An understanding of the main concepts of the work of an SMM manager;
  • Good analytics skills.


Your day-to-day contribution:

  • Content development and implementation;
  • Interaction with designers to create creatives (banners, videos, GIFs);
  • Responding to comments and questions from subscribers on social networks;
  • Monitoring key indicators on social networks (reach, engagement, audience growth);
  • Preparation of basic reports with conclusions on content effectiveness;
  • Analysis of competitors to collect ideas and improve content;
  • Studying new platforms and formats for brand development;
  • Proposals for testing new audience engagement mechanics (for example, testing new features in Threads, Telegram).

  • I step: HR interview (30 minutes);
