We are looking for a Client Communication Representative for the company that supports entrepreneurs and executives in their personal life.

Role Overview:


As a Client Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing text-based conversations on behalf of our clients. Your role involves understanding their communication style, promptly responding to messages, and maintaining a high standard of written English. You’ll need to adapt to different situations, think creatively, and express information clearly and professionally.


You will make a meaningful impact on people’s lives and have the ability to influence lots of people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients through text messaging platforms, ensuring consistency of tone and style.
  • Promptly respond to incoming messages with accuracy, clarity, and tact.
  • Research and gather information as needed to provide informative and engaging responses.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable writing style that aligns with client expectations.
  • Follow brand guidelines and adhere to all confidentiality and privacy requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different communication styles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable internet access and willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Previous experience in customer service, writing, or content creation is a plus, but not required.
  • Somebody who has a “Getting things done” mentality and can function on your own. If you need everything explained in great detail constantly this job probably isn’t suitable for you. 


A candidate located in Tbilisi.
