Are you a friendly and personable individual with a passion for hospitality? We're seeking a dynamic Front Office Receptionist to join our iconic hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and other relevant information.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling and daily reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with special requests, such as wake-up calls, luggage storage, and transportation arrangements.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in computer skills, including property management systems.
- Knowledge of English Language.
