Key roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel's business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Lead and execute creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new guests and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment between departments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and enhance market positioning.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyse data to optimize campaigns and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Manage the hotel's loyalty programs and guest engagement initiatives to build strong guest relationships and enhance guest retention.
- Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and partners to expand the hotel's reach and secure media coverage and partnerships.
Competencies & skills requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a track record of successfully executing marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Strong analytical skills, able to analyse data, and derive insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and concepts to stakeholders.

Job requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum education: National academic qualifications in Marketing
- Minimum experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing
- Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English
