What You’ll Do:
- Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and calls, ensuring timely and helpful resolutions;
- Assist clients in navigating our platform and services, answering questions, and addressing concerns;
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot issues and keep clients informed;
- Ensure that assigned clients' campaigns are active and performing as well as possible;
- Proactively investigate issues and solve problems. Build strong, empathetic relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- You’re an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written English (C1);
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease;
- You bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success;
- Bonus: You’re familiar with social media growth strategies and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. You have 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role.
