Social Group  is looking for Customer Support Specialist at SocialBoost!

Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and providing top-notch customer experiences? SocialBoost is growing, and we’re looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and calls, ensuring timely and helpful resolutions;
  • Assist clients in navigating our platform and services, answering questions, and addressing concerns;
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot issues and keep clients informed;
  • Ensure that assigned clients' campaigns are active and performing as well as possible;
  • Proactively investigate issues and solve problems. Build strong, empathetic relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.


Who You Are: 
  • You’re an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written English (C1);
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease;
  • You bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success;
  • Bonus: You’re familiar with social media growth strategies and platforms like InstagramFacebook, or TikTok. You have 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role.
