Registered Nurse Job Duties:
- performing diagnostic tests, laboratory work
- delivery of patient care services through coordination and supervision of patients
- follows the physician plan of care
- intake coordination of a referral from an acceptable referral source
- establishes each patient's individualized treatment and medical record baseline
- facilitates active and effective communication with team members to provide guidance in the delivery of patient care
Qualifications:
- successful completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or Nursing
- 1 year of clinical experience in public health, home health and/or a hospital setting
- able to communicate with patients, patient families and other team members with clear speech, speech recognition and written communication
- bedside manner, medical teamwork, multi-tasking
