Location: Berbuki Street 1, Tbilisi.
Shift: 09:00 – 17:00 or 15:00 - 23:00 (Monday to Saturday) or (Sunday to Friday)( Saturday/Sunday – online)

Job Description:
Admission Office LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Operation Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for international students seeking assistance with our admission services. You will handle inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure that each student has a positive experience throughout their journey to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about our services and assist customer with their applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of applications and services.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Georgian language 
  • Previous experience in customer Support service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
