Tazetec is looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative.
Your profile:
- Desire and self-confidence;
- Minimum B1 degree knowledge of Turkish;
- Good command of Turkish grammar, spelling, and spelling rules;
- Ability to understand and express in Turkish;
- Good knowledge of English will be a plus;
- Experience in customer service;
- Ability to understand and empathize with customers' problems;
- Ability to learn and apply quickly;
- Flexibility on working hours and days (work by shifts).
Your day-to-day contribution:
- Deliver high-quality services to our customers;
- Answer via live chats and emails;
- Help customers with complaints and questions;
- Give customers information about our website;
- Help the customer success team prioritize the queue of requests;
- Other project support work.
(Full training will be provided)
What's next:
- I step: HR interview (30 minutes);
- II step: introduction to the team (2 hours);
- III step: final decision.
