Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for the position of Regional Credit Risk Manager for one of the biggest International Financial Company in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Job Description:

• Credit risk analysis of all new debt investment proposals, documenting Risk Opinions on behalf of the company and Fund level Credit Committees;
• Credit risk portfolio management;
• Macroeconomic analysis on the regional countries & currencies in which company has exposure, and design and maintain dashboards used to inform and alert all;
• Work with Fund Management to track concentration and ensure adherence to company and fund level currency limits, including the impact of credit losses on fund returns;
• Credit Score of all regional investments updated using the company Credit Scoring Model, input into monthly process for regional asset valuation assessments;
• Contribution to maintaining and improving the company risk management framework, and management of the company Risk Team as a senior representative;
• Contribute as an enthusiastic member of the company Team, taking the lead in various organizational tasks in support of the company debt investment business;
• Partner with company teams to guide all proposals through the investment process, including committee level approvals;
• Ensure company Risk reporting data is complete and accurate for the region;
• All borrower covenants and KPI’s are monitored, risks are identified and escalated in a timely manner;
• Working with Debt Team to ensure on-going limit reviews and investment ratings are maintained;
• Regional risks are reported to various constituents as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Risk, Management, Economics;
• 5+ years of experience in Banking, Finance or Regulatory industries, 3+ years of Corporate Credit / Private Debt / Capital Markets Experience;
• Fluent English
