The role of Junior Sales Expert is for, if you:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skill

- Have ability to solve problems
What we are looking for:
- Execute retail store operations adhering to IQOS Indirect Retail Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness and store presentation standards
- Follow GCP’s and all provided standards and never compromise on them as well as quality of service delivered to the consumer.
- Support colleagues in following all standards
- Ensure delivery of set KPI targets (e.g. consumer satisfaction score), focusing on conversion to IQOS of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products
