We are looking for Sales Analyst UA/GE, Reports to: Integrated Analytic UA/GE Lead
Function:
Job Description / Key Accountabilities
- Evaluate the performance of sales strategies and campaigns, determining what works and what doesn't
- Prepare and provide regular and ad-hoc reports for field and stakeholders
- Consistently focus on automation of reporting and analytical processes
- Monitoring and development of field business model instruments and sales growth stimulation incentives
- Development and post evaluation of field incentives with next mechanic improvements
- Analytical contribution to incentives/projects
Experience & Skills Required
Work Experience
- Degree in business, economics, finance, statistics
- At least 1 year experience as analyst/reporting specialist
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make logical conclusions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL and Python
Role Impact
- Provide day-to-day information for effective functioning of the Field Force
- Support of management decision making process
