Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge)  is announcing a selection for the position of Corporate Sales Manager, for an international company which operates in auto industry in Tbilisi, Georgia


Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agreed-upon profitable sales targets
  • and outcomes within schedule.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of key customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Analyze lost sales and develop strategies to minimize them, including identifying and addressing root causes.
  • Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate vehicle detailing, and washing on the field.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key customers.
  • Monitor market trends and identify competitive opportunities and threats.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy.
  • Supporting the supervisor in various essential daily responsibilities.
  • Represent the company on the field with company delivery van, engaging with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Conduct on-site visits to customer locations, providing product demonstrations and technical training as needed.
  • Handle effective inventory and maintain records in delivery van.
  • Assist with goods delivery as needed to the customer location.
  • Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of inventory.
  • Prompt handling and processing claim cases.
  • Ensures the accurate execution of cycle inventory counts.
  • Actively involve in 6S methodology and uphold 7 storage techniques within the warehouse


Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Relevant Field
  • Category B Driving License (With Manual Transmission)
  • 2-3 years of an experience as a Corporate Sales Manager / sales manager/specialist;
  • Working experience in Automotive/Car Detailing Industry is desirable; 
  • Good Knowledge of English and Russian Languages;

  • Work Schedule: 5 Business Days, from 09:00 to 18:00
