The Financial Controller is responsible for compliance and reporting, while assisting other teams with finance related enquiries
The incumbent will work with the centralized Finance team in Tbilisi; however, will be in contact with the local accounting firms in various countries in which the company has business operations

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate periodic plans and budgets, including cash flow analysis and cost control
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into operational efficiency and profitability
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports and statements to the management team
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigating measures
- Advise the management on strategic initiatives based on financial analysis
- Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Closely cooperate with other teams in countries of operation in order to ensure local financial matters are supported
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in an economically oriented specialization (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field)
- Solid background in relevant financial or accounting roles, preferably in big four consultancy or a similar industry
- Demonstrable experience of autonomous problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable in undertaking both hands-on daily tasks, as well as impacting bigger picture projects
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent in Georgian and English, both spoken and written; good knowledge of Russian is a nice to have
