EISA is a group of privately owned companies specializing in shipping, liner agency, forwarding, and logistics services across Eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea countries, including Georgia, where EISA has been directly operating since 2004 in Poti and Batumi, with a management office based in Tbilisi. We are currently seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at the management office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize transportation of commodities, primarily containerized cargoes, utilizing company-owned trucks, hired vehicles, rail, and other transportation modes.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers, promoting our transportation services to merchants.
  • Coordinate with various locations, vendors, and customers to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
  • Analyze transportation routes to identify potential cost-saving measures for the company and customers.
  • Maintain accurate computer records for deliveries, invoices, accounting procedures, and customer information.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience is preferrable but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Knowledge of container freight and international ocean transportation is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Georgian, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Russian being beneficial.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on the candidate's professional skills and experience.
