ABOUT COMPANY: JSC “IBERIA REFRESHMENTS” PepsiCo bottler is operating based on Business development agreement with the PepsiCo International for organizing production of soft beverages in Georgia. It is fast growing company and one of the largest beverages’ producers in Georgia, up to 600 employees.

JSC “IBERIA REFRESHMENTS” PepsiCo bottler is a part of international private investment group “Revery “ which is developing food & beverage businesses in caucasus, central asia and middle east markets.
we are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of HR Lead.

Working schedule: 40 hours p/week; on-site, Tbilisi, Orkhevi, 49 Tengiz Chantladze street.

Position Overview:
As the HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategies and initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Your leadership will contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization's success.

Main accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for management as needed.
  • Stay current with HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement long-term HR strategies aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the organization's talent needs and develop proactive recruitment and retention strategies to address them.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational growth and performance.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to support the company's strategic objectives.

Candidate profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred ;
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience ;
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations ;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization ;
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, with a track record of driving results and managing change ;
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously ;
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred ;
  • Languages: English and Russian (proficiency level: B2 or higher) .
