Job Description:
- You will be the cornerstone of our service, guiding clients from their initial inquiry through to the recovery of their funds. This role involves:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries, paperwork, and providing timely responses.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and proposing customized recovery solutions.
- Preparing and managing clients’ documents, and maintaining a steady and smooth workflow to ensure a high success rate in fund recovery.
- Analyzing feedback and data to enhance our service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native English proficiency, with additional languages beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport.
- High organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in cross-functional teams.
- A passion for technology and a strong background (3-4 years) with proven experience in the finance, banking, fraud, regulation, or legal sectors.
- Motivated, with a keen ability to address customer needs and find effective solutions.
- Willingness to work in designated night shifts to accommodate our global client base.
