We are looking for an energetic Pre-Sales Specialist to manage initial client inquiries in the premium real estate segment. Your main task will be to qualify leads, identify client needs, and ensure a high standard of first communication.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales (experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in any two languages.
- Confident user of CRM systems (experience with Bitrix24 is a strong advantage).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
