Role Descriptio
This is a contract role for a Tour Leader, based on-site in Tbilisi. The Tour Leader will be responsible for conducting guided tours, providing excellent customer service, conducting research to enhance tour content, and training new tour operators. The role also includes coordinating with other team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to conduct Research and gather relevant information
- Experience in Training new team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
Salary: 3000 GEL + BONUS
