About the Role:
Your Dispatch Solution is a specialized car hauling and logistics company dedicated to streamlining freight operations across the United States.
We are building a newly formed Sales Team and are looking for ambitious, entry-level Sales Specialists to join us on this exciting journey. The role will initially focus on cold calling, giving you the opportunity to develop core sales skills from the ground up.
Following the initial phase, the team will gradually expand into warm lead engagement, inbound sales, and client relationship management—offering you clear paths for growth and specialization.
Location: On-site
Salary: $800 net + hot bonuses
Working Hours: 16:00PM–01:00AM
Start Date: ASAP – following a 1-week training program
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Learn and deliver excellent sales pitches.
- Handle objections professionally and follow up with prospects.
- Track and document all interactions in CRM tools.
- Continuously improve sales techniques with guidance from team lead
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level minimum)
- Confidence, resilience, and motivation to learn
- Availability to work on-site during designated hours
- No prior sales experience required—just the right attitude!

Selection Process:
You will first go through an interview process to assess your communication skills, motivation, and overall fit for the role. Candidates who successfully pass the interview will then take part in a 1-week hands-on training program, designed to simulate real-world sales scenarios. Based on performance during this period, a limited number of top performers will be offered full-time positions.
