Next Gen Technology Georgia LLC is looking for QA Tester/ Engineer
As a QA/ Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing manual and
automated tests to ensure our applications meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate
closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify potential issues and deliver
flawless gaming experience to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure functionality, performance, and usability.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Track and report software defects using tools like JIRA or similar bug-tracking systems.
- Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve test processes and contribute to overall software quality assurance best practices.
- Ensure that applications meet user expectations and comply with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in software testing, with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Amenable to work onsite (office is located a Vake Plaza)
Technical Skills:
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# for test automation.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Bonus: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality assurance
Nice to Have:
- Experience in testing gaming platforms or high-traffic applications.
- Knowledge of compliance and standards related to the gaming industry.
