Key Responsibilities:
- Talk with our partners to understand their needs and challenges. Compile the gathered information for solution providers and brainstorm with them to figure out the best ways to solve various different issues.
- Understand the limitations and specificities of the markets we operate in, to streamline client onboarding and help them easily gain access to our knowledgebase.
- Providing personal counseling to various representatives of our partner firms to help them better visualize their problems and map out solutions.
- Prospect potential clients and conduct outreach to expand our client base.
Requirements:
- Perfect knowledge of English or German. (Previous experience working with European suppliers is a plus)
- Attention to detail.
- Great communications skills
- Ability to understand complex problems and find the right solution for each case.
- Ability to use basic computer programs (Email, Video Conference tools, Calendar, etc)
