To support its rapid growth plans, Geo telemedicine LLC is looking for a Middle Business Analyst Minimum required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role;
- Strong UI/UX design skills, with the ability to produce wireframes, mockups, and detailed design specifications,
- Experience in BPMN and UML notations (data flow, data sequence, state diagram, etc);
- Mandatory knowledge of API design and implementation (REST API, OpenAPI);
- General understanding of the database structures and principles of forming queries and data processing;
- Competency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Excellent communication skills, experience in public speaking;
- Experience in obtaining information from various resources and transforming it into requirements;
- Able to clearly explain the requirements to developers and testers and make sure that developers and testers have understood them;
- C1 English level, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to diverse stakeholders.
Will be a plus:
- Expertise in building and consulting CRM/ERP systems;
- Experience in developing mobile applications;
- Understanding of the principles of microservice architecture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work in a cross-functional team (designers, developers, and QA engineers);
- Creating tasks in Jira using Use Cases, User Stories, and Prototypes;
- Communication with the team regarding requirements for the product being developed;
- Participation in the formation of UX/UI together with the design team;
- Analysis of the identified requirements, their detalization, and systematization;
- Maintaining project documentation and keeping it up to date, taking into account requirement changes;
- Conduct user research to understand their needs;
- Communication with English-speaking partners.
