- We are seeking a Junior Sports Trader to join our Trading Operations team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in the sports betting industry. Prior experience in sports trading is not required — comprehensive training and development will be provided.
The Junior Sports Trader will play an important role in supporting the pricing, monitoring, and settlement of sports markets, contributing to the smooth operation of sportsbook activities.

- Compile, update, and maintain pre-match and live betting odds across multiple sports markets using internal trading tools and platforms.
- Monitor and adjust market prices to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and risk management compliance.
- Track and analyze customer activity and betting trends, escalating observations and irregularities to the Trading team.
- Record and verify results of sporting events in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of an optimal customer betting experience.
- Support ad-hoc trading-related tasks and operational projects as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. College-level candidates will also be considered.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and evenings, 6 days a week.
