Why We Need You
As an Accountant at Pulse Point, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with Georgian tax regulations, and effective management of accounting processes. Your expertise will help us maintain financial integrity and support strategic business decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare accounting documentation in compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Record and classify financial operations in line with company accounting policies
- Perform daily bookkeeping using Balance software, including transaction recording and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and submit tax declarations in a timely manner
- Monitor debtor-creditor balances and manage reconciliation acts
- Execute timely bank transfers and payments
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and internal reports
- Collaborate on financial audits by preparing required documentation and addressing inquiries
- Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Completion of ACCA Level 1 (mandatory); ACCA Level 2 (highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Georgian tax laws, accounting principles, and regulations
- Experience with Balance software (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficiency in English (essential)
