SkyTech Enterprises operates in HiTech, IT/Software, and Blockchain industries. Established in 2014, the company provides innovative tech solutions to International markets. We are based in Tbilisi, with a team of 70+ people working for the company.

We’re looking for Brand Manager for Fortunejack team to help us reach the next level.

Position Overview:
As a Brand Manager in our dynamic gambling company, you will be instrumental in redefining our brand strategy to encompass both cryptocurrency and fiat-based gaming solutions. Your efforts will ensure a seamless blend of our innovative crypto offerings with traditional fiat options, enhancing our market presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives, with a focus on integrating fiat-based solutions with our existing cryptocurrency offerings.
  • Brand Positioning: Define and articulate our brand’s unique value proposition, ensuring it resonates with both crypto enthusiasts and traditional gamers across different markets.
  • Brand Identity Oversight: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all internal and external communications, including website, product UI, and marketing assets.
  • Market Research & Insights: Lead market and audience research initiatives to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor positioning. Translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer support, compliance, and creative teams to ensure brand coherence across user experiences and touchpoints.
  • Brand Health Tracking: Monitor key brand metrics such as brand awareness, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and customer perception. Use insights to continuously strengthen brand equity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with external brand partners, PR agencies, and media outlets to increase brand visibility, reputation, and relevance.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in brand management or marketing within the iGaming, gambling, or fintech sectors;
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of both cryptocurrency and fiat-based gaming markets, including customer behaviours and regulatory landscapes.

Skills:
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and creativity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with effective project management capabilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desirable Attributes:
  • Experience in managing brands that operate across multiple payment platforms.
  • Familiarity with global gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
