HR Agency is announcing vacancy for QCommerce Support Agent, assigned to Glovo in Georgia.

The hired person will be assigned to Glovoapp Georgia LLC.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quick Commerce Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global
Q-Commerce team in managing partner and product creation in our PIM and Catalog system. You will work closely with the team to adjust and populate the PIM and Catalog with the provided data points. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing automations to modify the content in our catalog adapted format. Computer competence, including experience with data management, especially in Google Sheet and Google Drive, is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the global QCommerce team in effectively managing the creation of new partners and products in our systems.
  • Populate and adjust the Product Universe with the provided data points, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize automation tools to modify the content in our catalog, adhering to the required format.
  • Collaborate with the team to assign appropriate master categories to products, ensuring consistent organization.
  • Extract brand information from various sources and update the catalog accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in English (C1 level min.) to effectively communicate and participate in training sessions and daily operations.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google sheets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to work fixed hours, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid working model.
