Social Group is seeking a proactive and dynamic English-speaking Campaign Manager to join our rapidly growing British Instagram Marketing Agency. We work with international businesses and influencers to help them build a strong online presence, and we want you to be part of that journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through emails, calls, and video conferences;
- Provide expert advice to clients on improving their Instagram content and strategy;
- Assist clients with their Instagram marketing campaigns, ensuring they achieve their growth goals;
- Ensure timely payment for services from assigned clients;
- Collaborate with different departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience;
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact clients;
- Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services by setting up and leading insightful Google Meet calls to discuss their needs and showcase our solutions;
- Share best practices with team members to improve overall process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 level);
- Previous experience in customer service or sales;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade;
- International experience (preferred);
- Passion for social media and familiarity with Instagram trends (preferred);
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment;
- Creativity, resourcefulness, tome management, and a proactive mindset is key thriving in this role.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $630 base + performance-based bonuses (average bonus of $300, with potential for more);
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday - 3 days from 10:00 to18:00 and 2 days from 14:00 to 22:00 (including an 80-minute break), with shifts arranged upon agreement;
- You get 2 remote workdays per month.
