Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity for the postions of Head of Sales.
Locations: We are seeking candidates in both Tbilisi and Batumi
Number of Positions: 1
Work Schedule: Full-time
Reports to: CCO (Chief Commercial Officer)
Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Subordinate Position(s): 8-10

Responsibilities:
Before Sales Launch:
  • Assist in developing the sales plan, preparing forecasts, and KPI reporting for sales leaders and upper management for organizational planning, financial forecasting,
  • budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Assist in developing document templates: agreements, presentations, letters, sales scripts, etc
  • Participation in Recruiting of staff members
  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff at project initiation
  • Collaborate with marketing to select promotion materials
  • Active participation in CRM optimization

During Sales:
  • Manage sales staff and monitor the quality of their work
  • Direct communicate with major clients and banks, Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyze department efficiency using CRM tools
  • Maintain a KPI system, regularly increasing the sales plan and ensuring its realism
  • Forecast sales and manage department efficiency
  • Conduct training sessions for employees, RE agents and bank representatives
  • Generate regular reports (monthly, weekly, daily) based on agreed-upon scope
  • Initiate changes in product offerings, pricing policies, agreements, etc., based on analysis of client communication
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new sales-driven products and processes within the company.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Higher Education, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian languages
  • Proficiency in Office programs (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in international sales is preferable
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and actions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
