Responsibilities:
- Present and promote products to potential clients
- Provide comprehensive information about the project to clients visiting the service center
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Operate and manage data within the sales software
- Prepare and formalize contracts with clients
- Develop customized payment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct site visits when required
- Prepare and deliver reports as needed
- Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
- A minimum of 1 years of professional experience in a related field
- Proficiency in English and Russian at least at a conversational level (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Arabic and/or Turkish or any other language at a conversational level (preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively, share responsibility and support team initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in MS Office
