Key roles and responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries for group bookings, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and send proposals and contracts based on client requirements.
- Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms to secure bookings.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Banqueting, Reservations) to ensure seamless event execution.
Competencies & skills requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in brand hotels, reservations, or events is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English.
