Position: Financier (Direct Reporting to CFO)
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to major projects while developing your skills and advancing your career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CFO.
- Prepare financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and actively contribute to financial processes.
- Track, monitor, and report on the progress of projects within the Finance Department.
- Develop and maintain financial models for various projects.
- Oversee and manage financial documentation.
- Prepare materials for key meetings, presentations, and conferences, and participate when required.
- Ensure the CFO’s tasks and objectives are met with accuracy and within deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or auditing (experience in audit firms or financial institutions preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex financial data.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a quick learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
