About The Company:

Job Description:  
  • As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to all our customers. You will be the main contact the customer has with the company and as the customer is at the heart of our business and brand this role is an extremely important area of the business.  
 
Your daily responsibilities will be: 
  • Dealing with customer issues over chat, email, and phone  
  • Resolving customer problems as best as possible 
  • Escalating issues to the Risk and IPM teams 
  • Compensating users with bonuses for bad experiences 
 
Essential requirements are:  
  • At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service field.  
  • Fast typing skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. 
  • At least a B2 level in English/ Russian is desirable. 
  • Online Casino experience will be an advantage  
 
Additional information: 
  • Shifts 09:00-18:00 / 11:00-23:00 /16:00-01:00 / 00:00 – 09:00 
  • Maximum of 4 shifts per week.  
  • Fully covered Health insurance. 
  • Work location: Akaki Khorava N3. Tbilisi
