Main Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously;
- Handle emails, incoming notifications via social networks in time and in a professional manner;
- Provide accurate information and assistance to a potential customer regarding general information of the company’s real estate property;
- Filter, sort and distribute qualified leads to the appropriate team/department;
- Maintain clients’ records and document interactions in the system;
- Meet performance targets, including response time, clients’ satisfaction, and resolution rates;
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance regulations;
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency;
- Train new hires in a team if necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Higher Education;
- Minimum one year experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred;
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required;
- Georgian, English and Russian languages are must, additional language will be plus;
- Familiarity with CRM Software and Tech-savvy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally;
- Detail oriented with time and task management skills;
