Genatsvale Food Delivery company is looking for Chief sales manager

About the company:
Genatsvale Food Delivery is a corporate lunch preparation and delivery service in Tbilisi. We help companies to take care of their employees by providing tasty and quality meals with convenient logistics.

Main responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of corporate lunch sales strategy (B2B segment).
  • Active search and attraction of new clients: office centers, enterprises, business complexes.
  • Negotiating, contracting and building long-term partnerships.
  • Sales funnel management: lead analysis, conversion, process optimization.
  • Formation of commercial proposals and participation in tenders.
  • Control of sales plan fulfillment and increase of the average check.
  • Developing the client base, working with regular clients
  • Organization and management of the sales team, if necessary to expand the department.
  • Interaction with marketing to develop promotions, special offers and promotion of services.
  • Analyzing competitors and market trends, suggesting strategy adjustments.
 
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in sales (B2B), preferably in corporate catering, restaurant, food delivery or HoReCa.
  • Successful experience in attracting and retaining large corporate clients.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Developed analytical skills: ability to work with data, forecast and plan sales.
  • High level of self-organization, result orientation.
  • Competent oral and written speech: Georgian, English and Russian. 
  • Readiness for active work in the fields, meetings with clients, testing new sales channels.
  • Understanding of the corporate catering market in Tbilisi will be an advantage.
 
Conditions:
  • 1 000 lari Fixed salary + high % of sales.
  • Free lunch 
  • Hybrid format of work (office + meetings with clients).
  • Monday-Friday /10:00-18:00/
